By booking or using transportation services with We Care Charters (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
Reservations & Payment
All bookings must be confirmed in advance through our website, phone, or email.
A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Full payment is due before or on the day of service unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are subject to applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 48 hours/days before the scheduled service may be eligible for a refund (minus any processing fees).
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit or full payment.
Service Commitment
We aim to provide reliable, punctual, and professional transportation. However, we are not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by weather, traffic, road closures, mechanical issues, or events beyond our control.
Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must comply with driver instructions and local laws at all times.
Smoking, illegal substances, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.
Any damage to vehicles caused by passengers may result in additional charges.
Safety & Accessibility
All vehicles are regularly maintained to meet safety standards.
Wheelchair-accessible transportation is available upon request at the time of booking.
Limitation of Liability
We Care Charters shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Privacy
Personal information collected during reservations is used solely for booking and operational purposes and will not be shared except as required by law.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, and any disputes shall be resolved in its courts.
